The following words and terms are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions:

Account Registration

To use bd999's services, each user must create a personal account. The following conditions must be followed to complete the registration process:

All information provided at registration — full name, date of birth, mobile number and email address — must be completely accurate and truthful. If an account is registered with false or misleading information, it may be closed at any time and the balance in that account may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may hold only one account. Operating more than one account is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be permanently closed.

2.3 Updating Information

If any personal information stored in the account changes, the user is responsible for updating it as soon as possible. The user bears responsibility for any problems arising from outdated or incorrect information.

Age Verification and Eligibility

bd999's services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. This is a mandatory condition and any breach of it is not acceptable under any circumstances.

3.1 Age Verification Process

3.2 Cases of Ineligibility

A person is not eligible to use the service in the following cases:

Account Security

Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings:

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum amount for each withdrawal is ৳500. No withdrawal request below this amount will be processed.

6.2 Processing Time

A successfully approved withdrawal is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals are made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer.

6.3 Verification Required

KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered on the account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

To withdraw funds obtained from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be fulfilled. For example, if a ৳1,000 bonus is received on a ৳1,000 deposit, the total balance will be ৳2,000 and the wagering requirement on the bonus will be ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

7.1 Welcome Bonus

On the first deposit, bd999 provides a 100% bonus of up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: on a ৳20,200 deposit with a ৳10,000 bonus, the total balance will be ৳30,200 and the wagering requirement will be ৳10,000 × 20 = ৳2,00,000.

7.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can only be claimed once — the same offer cannot be claimed repeatedly.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they only become withdrawable once the wagering requirement has been met.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified period, it will be cancelled automatically.
• If any irregularity or misuse in bonus activity is detected, bd999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

7.3 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive weekly cashback based on their net losses for that week. A maximum of 0.3% applies at Bronze level, 0.5% at Silver level and 0.8% at Gold level. Example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback.

Gaming Rules

8.1 Fair Play
